Eastern Alliance

This is a sub diary for my main one. "Elegance Vs Armour". Which already has all my main projects that i am working on at the moment in it.

This Diary is designed to show the many many MANY things that distract my attention during these massive tasks.

Hopefully it will allow you to see just how frantic my painting schedule acctually is and what weird and random tangents my brain seems to follow, as well as the many "started but not finished" projects that go on behind the schenes.

Ok, yes i am working on my Orks honest

but after playing some rather tight games with the other staff of Lord of the Rings, my mind has been racing with what to do as an army.

I have raided my bitz box and rediscovered that i had a lot of Gondor and Dol Amroth stuff in there.

This is what i have peiced together already:



Prince Imrahil (foot and MTD)
10 Dol Amroth knights
couple of fountain court guard
and 12 Warriors of gondor

still have a few more bitz to put together, but should be a nice start to a fiefdoms and gondor force.

possibly looking towards GT next year.

i can only afford to do one gt this year and thats going to be 40k but lordy is very temting. i live dol amroth have some my slef

also my side projects have taken over my computer desk and made it a second work station:

I have just been typing out Tau lists.

Possibly a GT army in the making here.

just woke up today with a really strong urge to start a tau army (don't know why, just did) but i have a few lists that i like the look of.

cool, yeah quite a few people are doing tau now. i think dan is reece is i know that for a fact. i would love to see either warlock purple tau or hawk terquise

Im sure Dan is doing Black templars, but this is dan his armies charnge more than his socks.

Will be nice to see what Reece comes up with though.

There is nothing wrong with Ultramarines

Its Ultramarines that look rubbish that give them a bad name.
He has got a nice little idea working in his haed at the moment, which may make them look a little to what you would expect .

also i have finished my first "test tau"
not looking bad at the moment, bit of green stuff work and some changes on the gun and backpack, will take photos soon.
