one thing i would like to see is moore plastics and maybe some different tropp choices. plastic imortals would be very good and nice.

The Necrons are limited in the choices of troops, this is probably due to the fac that they are robots and come to that robots that look pretty much the same across the board.
I'm sure they could come up with some mega close combat killing machine if they wanted one. Or a differnet vehicle, imagine something with a tesla coil on it, awsome.
