Any other clubs play Flames of War? If so is there enough interest to put on a competition game?
We are quite happy to host it at Yarmouth!

Hi Paul, don't know enough about FOW really, I see a lot of kit for it on ebay and know its big in the States. We should get you to come over to the 'Relocated' Cowards in Hoveton and put on a demo game at some point.

Hi, I have never played Flames of war so cant really comment.

But like Blackrommel suggests a few demo games here and there to introduce people to the rules could be an idea?

Quite happy to put on a game, email me off list and let me know some dates and I will arrange things. By the way it actually comes from New Zealand rather than from the states and one of the biggest stockists is in Kings Lynn!

Fantasy WW2 from the GW school of thinking, rules play quite well, and there is a lot of support material out there, you either love the rules. or hate them with a passion.
You can however field Ubersturmbahnfuhrer Wnkelhoffs SS assault unit complete with gung ho heroes and special weapons, if you like that sort of thing.

Rolling Eyes

Its the rules that Glen Brooks and Percy used to play at Coltishall before they moved to New Buckenham.

It might be an idea to get names and numbers, see how many people would be up for learning, find a central location where you can all meet and arrange a practise session.

It will give people the chance to see if its for them or not.
