Well this is the start of my diary.

What am I currently working on? 40k Eldar!!!

For a long time I have wanted to collect a 40k army, I have never played the game that much and am far from an expert.

When I was 14 I first got into 40k, I collected and painted a whole blood angels army (wish i had some of those old figs now) I thinks its the sci fi eliment and brilliant story line that grabed me and with the release of the latest Eldar I knew it was only a matter of time.

I have a Eldar battleforce on order and as soon as it arrives the planning and preperation for one big project will begin.

I'll still be posting on the other forums pictures of painted models and questions that I have regarding the game, this is more of a journal to look at and keep track of what i'm doing.

Start one, it will be interesting to see what people are upto!

Lee Lowe Very Happy

Well in answer to your questions

I have no list, but an idea.

I'm quite liking Elthwe, but the just black and bone is quite boring, i hope to add my own take on it and make them a little more sinister.

As for keeping in themem of loads of Farseers and warlocks with lots of gaurdians, I dont think so. Its going to be a fairly balanced force in terms of effectivness.

I have started the bonesinger model but have reached a non sticky point, my glue has turned into some kind of jelly type matter with the sticking ability of a fat man up a greasy pole.

As soon as i have more glue then i shall proceed.

Still no box set armygun

Well the warlocks etc have large cloaks so you could try some free hand on them. swirly patterns etc.

Or there are lots of runes etc in the codex etc to use as inspiration.

Yeah I would reccomend a wide mix of troops thats what the eldar are good at the problem is they cost alot of points and you want everything!

Let us know how you get on.
