I thought about it for a while
But to get the same income as my current job, would take all the fun out of it
To do it on the side, I'd never get to paint for myself

Got nothing against it though

More power to you Smile

Hi Sam

Good luck!!!!

I have run Aftermath Miniatures for quite a few years now and am lucky in the respect I get a constant turnover and reguler customer base.

It's not easy starting up as there are so many people out there now wanting to become a pro painter. The word pro I fell is used very lightly with any old crap thrown on ebay with pro attatched to it.

Be reasonable with your rates by all means but dont end up painting for nothing.

Let me know how you get on.

I have heard of Dark Art, Byron and co.

Good painters!

Its ok attatching yourself to others to start with but after a while you should find your own name to work under.
