I've gone Woodies = i like the general style and feel of the wood elves, hit and run, good shooting, good combat but a necessity to be tactical and pick fights because of their fragility. The different kindreds give scope, some wicked magic items (hail of doom and different spites) and a good range of versatile troops make for an entertaining list.
I'm afraid i've never liked High Elves - come across as too poncey for me and from what i've seen they're only really any good when built magic heavy and with a dragon. Obvioulsy this may all be set to change in the next few months.
Dark Elves - i know very little about them and have only played against them once but from what i understand you have to know how to use them well to make them consistently effective. I think the cult of slaanesh sub list looks quite fun though.
